Enrichment adds intelligence on top of your imported assets — market values,
material composition, and carbon impact — priced per asset, only when you use it.
Enrichment types
Type | What it tells you | Availability |
Market pricing | Current market value across disposition paths — refurbish and resell, parts harvesting, responsible recycling — so routing decisions and bid packs are grounded in real numbers | Rolling out now |
Materials & weight | The material composition and weight of each asset, including the metal value locked inside | Coming soon |
Carbon impact | The emissions story behind each asset and disposition decision | Coming soon |
We're launching enrichment types one at a time and will update this page as
each goes live.
Two lanes: standard and verified
Every enrichment type comes in two lanes:
Standard— fast, cost-effective estimates drawn from market data and intelligent analysis. Ideal for day-to-day routing and triage.
Verified — values backed by verified registry and certified data sources, for when a number needs to stand up to a customer, a bid, or an auditor.
You choose the lane per enrichment, so you only pay verified rates when
verification matters.
Every number shows its work
Each enriched value carries an IQ Score — Layer IQ's 0–100 trust rating.
Higher scores mean stronger sourcing: verified and certified sources score
highest, system-generated and market-derived values in the middle, rough
estimates lower. Next to every number is a Details view showing exactly
where the value came from, how it was calculated, and what would make it
stronger. No black boxes.
How billing works
Enrichment is metered per asset — you're charged only for outcomes, not
attempts. Standard and verified lanes have separate rates. See
Credits, limits & billing basics for how allowances and credits work.
